At HTN Store, shipping times in Europe typically range from 4 to 8 business days after production is completed. Production usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on the product and order volume. At HTN Store, we currently offer standard shipping options based on production and delivery timelines. Unfortunately, expedited or faster shipping options are not available at this time. At HTN Store, the minimum order quantity for BIG purchases including major production discounts is 25+ items. If you’re looking to order our products in a Wholesale Order for your store, please reach out to us via our Contact Form so we can assist you with your request and provide you with additional details you may need and manage a tailored deal. Please write "Wholesale Order" in your message.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders usually arrive within 3-5 business days, while international orders may take 7-14 business days to arrive.

At HTN Store, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and order details for a refund or replacement. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for customer errors (e.g., wrong size, color, or design) or changes of mind. Once an order enters production, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.
