1. Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Shipping Times:

    • Europe: 4–8 business days after production.

    • Global: 8–20 business days after production.

  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

  • Delays: Please note that shipping times may vary due to customs, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

 
2. Returns & Refunds

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll provide a refund or replacement.

  • Customer Errors: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for customer errors (e.g., wrong size, color, or design). Please double-check your order before submitting.

  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank.

 
3. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow our returns process for a refund or replacement.

 
4. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order only if it has not entered production. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

  • Modifications: Changes to your order (e.g., size, color, or design) can only be made before production starts.

 
5. Wholesale Orders

  • Minimum Quantity: The minimum order quantity for bulk purchases is 25+ items.

  • Customization: For custom bulk orders, please contact us via our Contact Form to discuss your needs.
